DIP TEST February 2007
Bostonians love the Charles. Yet few would tempt the waters with their toes, let alone go for a swim. Inspired by the Concrete Floats competition hosted by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Jamie Hunt and Luke Voiland collaborated to design the Dip Test - a concrete way to determine water health and safety for swimming.
